For Younger Looking...

Simple tips to look young

v Drink plenty of water and have more home made fresh fruit juice
v Eat raw vegetables and fruits rather than cooked food. Then only your body gets complete nutrients
v Use olive oil for cooking without fat
v Eat protein-rich foods
v To protect your skin from the sun, and hair from the pollutions, use sunscreen lotion and hair conditioners
v You must take a proper sleep daily
v Do exercise regularly
v Once you return from outside, you must wash your hands and face. Then apply suitable lotion for your face and body. One important thing is before going to bed you should remove your make up. If you wish you can apply night cream
v Avoid putting too much makeup as possible.
v Keep your mind fresh and happy
v Try to do involve any entertainment activities… (Like music, dance, sports…)
v Try to falling asleep at night and early in the morning wake up before dawn
v Meditate regularly
v Get rid of the guilt feelings
v Be happy always and try to make happy others also
